I was so pleased with your customer service! Unfortunately, an item I ordered was damaged. I called and you immediately refunded the purchase price (you did not have a replacement to send me). And I do mean immediately, as the refund was in my account the next day! I have never seen such excellent service. And the person I spoke to on the phone was exceptionally nice.
